We Are Looking For Someone Who is
This is a contract Hybrid role of ERP Manufacturing Project Manager that with a client based in Memphis, TN and Graham, NC area, with flexibility for work from home. The ERP Manufacturing Project Manager will be responsible for leading, administering and supporting ERP Manufacturing implementations, ensuring that technical solutions match functional requirements. The Project Manager works directly with our customers to develop project plans for implementation and post-implementation activities, assists with training, and develops technical specifications for customization of the software. The resource will manage day-to-day client interactions and continually seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Directing and coordinating the implementation of the software is the Project Manager’s main responsibility.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, IT, or Equivalent experience in manufacturing, technology or supply chain discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in Project Management, with 5 years of experience managing ERP Implementations for Manufacturing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in implementing discreet manufacturing systems
- Experience in running projects in a distributed environment through a stand-up Project Management mechanism to ensure project execution is scalable
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement preferred
- Experience in Metals Industry a plus
- Experience in Epicor ERP E9, E10 Kinetic is a plus!
