This distributor had recently implemented Epicor’s Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system and we needed someone who knew how to manage the data in / out of P21 and our webstore successfully. Mike and his company Scaled were hired to perform the project management duties for our company working on the implementation of our Epicor ERP install. Since the company has never taken on a project this size Mike played a crucial role in managing all aspects of the implementation. He managed the Epicor consultants, scheduling and guiding the Core FH team through requirements gathering, process reviews and training. One advantage we had working with Mike was his significant knowledge of Epicor’s business model and methodology. This helped us maneuver through the project keeping the focus on FH and what was best for our organization. Mikes planning skills proved to be a great asset as this project took many turns away from the conventional ERP implementation due to the internal structure of our company. We used Mike’s company Scaled for any customizations needed to help get our mission critical processes to fit the Epicor application. We did this rather than going directly through Epicor and this proved to be a substantial cost savings and faster turnaround of changes.
